1. Why isn’t it free?

There are many internet sites that offer to promote businesses for sale for free. Many of them are full of multi-level marketing schemes, "Get Rich with your computer" schemes and others. Some actually have businesses for sale but only a handful and some are years out of date. Some charge more than we do. Business Online will only advertise genuine business opportunities. Our success depends on having all current and available businesses on our site plus information and services for buyers and sellers. Business Online actively markets it’s service to business sellers on a regular basis.

2. What do you charge and are there any other hidden costs?

Currently the advertising cost is $220 inclusive of GST. There are no other costs. This includes lineage advertising and links to a web page with up to 5 pictures. Pictures are provided by the advertiser. Advertising is held on the web site for 12 months or when you advise us to remove it. Prices vary for banner advertising and other services. Business Online is registered for GST and will provide a Tax Invoice for your records. Advertising with Business Online is a normal deductible business expense. There are no other fees or charges. No commissions or fees are payable on the sale of your business.

3.  How will buyers find your web site and my ad?

Over  7000 visitors visited Business Online in January 2003. Our web site is promoted by selected advertising both in the press and with its sponsor partners. The web site will be searchable by all the major internet search engines and links will be established with other web pages.

4.  How many businesses will you have on your site?

We expect to have in excess of 500 businesses and business opportunities within a short period of time. Our pro-active marketing campaign will ensure all private sellers will be aware of our service resulting in a steady increase in businesses for sale, buyer enquiry and advertising sponsorship.

    5. Who are the sponsors?

Anyone who has a business that provides services to business buyers and business sellers. Sponsors include Business Brokers, Settlement Agents, Business Finance specialists, Market Research, Business Coaches and Trainers, Accountants specialising in assessing businesses and many more.
